Responsibilities
1. To liaise with the Consultants, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Supplies for monitoring design and site progress
2. To organize all project documents submission and approval
3. To lead the project team from design stage to project handover stage
4. To coordinate design and materials submission
5. To monitor supplier works quality and delivery schedule
6. In charge of installation works from commencement to completion
Requirements
1. Higher Diploma or above in Civil/ Building/ Mechanical Engineering
2. 2-4 years’ experience in project management on Curtain Wall/ Facade projects.
3. Knowledge in design codes and statutory submission.
4. Good computer skills in Autocad, MS Office, MS Project
5. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
6. Applicant with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
